INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Dr. DeWitt creates a collaborative, supportive environment to facilitate meeting your individual treatment needs.  She utilizes a range of treatment approaches: cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and psychodynamic therapy to reduce overall symptoms, improve life satisfaction and find a healthy, sustainable path forward.
 

COUPLES THERAPY

Dr. DeWitt is committed to working with and improving the relationship of all couples. She has worked extensively with LGBTQ couples. Dr. DeWitt utilizes emotionally focused therapy to facilitate an understanding and awareness of communication patterns and how to respond to them and shift them in the moment.
